Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Learnbase LLC collects through nclexfirsttry.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Test and study data: your answers, time per question, scores, notes, bookmarks, and the information you give before the test (attempt number, where you studied, exam date, study hours).
• Contact data: your email address, if you give it to us or when you buy.
• Purchase data: what you bought, when, the price and the country. Card details are handled by Polar and its payment processors; we never see them.
• Technical and marketing data: your country (from your IP address), device and browser type, the ad or link that brought you (UTM parameters, Facebook click ID) and cookies described below.
• AI coach messages: the questions you ask the coach and its answers.

How we use it

• To run the test, your study plan, practice and mock exams.
• To send you your results, your login links and study reminders. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
• To process purchases, refunds and support requests.
• To measure which ads and pages work, and to improve the product.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to save your test progress. We also use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. They share events such as "started the test" or "made a purchase", your browser identifiers and, for purchases and leads, a hashed (encrypted) version of your email with Meta. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook settings.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, security and email delivery), Railway (servers and database), Polar (payments, merchant of record), Meta (ad measurement), Anthropic (AI coach answers) and Google (if you choose to log in with Google). They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your account and study data while your access is active and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to support@nclexfirsttry.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California, the Philippines, Nigeria or Kenya), you may have additional rights under local data protection law, and we will respect them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

The service is for nursing graduates and is not directed to children under 16.
